How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time – either click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any of our newsletters.

You can also update your preferences in your account by logging in to Papier, clicking your name in the top right hand side and going to the Personal Info section and clicking ‘Edit Details’ and then un-ticking the ‘I would like to receive Papier emails’ box.

            

Please note it can take up to 24 hours for these changes to take effect.

If, instead, you'd like to unsubscribe from any physical mailers or catalogues, please send your full name and delivery address as printed on the catalogue to [e-mail], and we will remove your details from this list.
