Whilst we hope this will not be the case
there is a chance that there may be a slight delay due to COVID-19.
It may be necessary to extend our usual delivery lead times
due to potential delays with our shipping partners.
If you chose Standard delivery, this will be sent with Australia Post. It will not be possible to track the progress of your order as this is an untracked service.
If you chose Tracked delivery on your order, you will receive a tracking link or number in your dispatch confirmation email. You can track this on the Australia Post or the Fastway websites, depending on which courier your parcel has been allocated.
Please note that the tracking will only go live once the parcel has physically started moving through the postal network - this can take 12-24 hours after you receive the dispatch email. You will then be allocated a time slot for delivery on the day of delivery.
