Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order in your account. Just log in, click your menu and select 'orders' to bring up a list of your past orders or click here. Locate the order and check the 'status' to see if it's 'sent' or 'in production' still, as well as when it was placed.
Once your order has been printed and produced, you will receive your dispatch email which will provide an estimated delivery date window.
If you've checked the above and think your parcel should have arrived by now and there's still no sign in the post, you can email us at support@papier.com for further help!

All Greetings Cards, Foiled products, & 650gsm cards are printed in the UK so take around 7-10 days for delivery after they've been dispatched. More info on Greetings Cards can be found here.
