Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order in your account. Just log in, click your menu and select 'orders' to bring up a list of your past orders. Locate the order and check the 'status' to see if it's 'sent' or 'in production' still, as well as when it was placed.
Once your order has been printed and produced, you will receive your dispatch email which will provide an estimated delivery date window.
If you've chosen DPD tracked postage, you will be provided with a tracking link and this should be with you the next week day after dispatch from our printers. Please note that DPD do not deliver at weekends, only Monday-Friday. You can track your parcel with DPD by following the tracking link in your dispatch email or here.
