What kind of photo should I upload?

   

Our website will accept photos in .jpeg and HEIC format only.

Other file types such as PNG may fail to upload, so please re-export these images in high-resolution so they are in a .jpeg format before uploading within the editor.

We recommend uploading a high resolution photo with a minimum resolution of 300dpi and/or 2MB-10MB in size to ensure a good print quality. If your photos are over 10MB these will take some time to load - over 20MB will be too large for our site.
Photos taken with a panoramic setting are not compatible with our photo book builder and will not process correctly.

If you're working on a photo book, we recommend uploading images in small batches for ease.

Photos will appear darker when printed than when viewed on a backlit computer or phone screen, so avoid using dark photos with shadows, heavily filtered photographs, or black & white photos with low contrast.

You may wish to lighten and optimise your photograph on your own device prior to uploading.
