If your order isn’t going through, it might be due to an error when entering your card information.
If you get a 'Payment Failure' message, the payment attempt has most likely been blocked by your payment provider. We unfortunately cannot force payments through at checkout if they have been stopped by your bank, which is for your own security.
- Make sure that you have entered the card number, the card holder’s name, expiry date and CSV code correctly (3 digits on reverse of card, or 4 digits on front of an American Express card).
- Make sure you're using an accepted form of payment (We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Discover, Link, Apple Pay, and Google Pay).
- Try refreshing the page - sometimes this sorts things out!
- If the problem still persists after you have tried all three of the above, are you able to clear your cached images/files and cookies as this may do the trick.
If you are still having problems, please contact support@papier.com in case your bank can give us any more information about why the payment is being rejected. Please note, if your payment via PayPal is failing, we're not able to see the cause of this.
