How do I upload a design I've created or had created?

We have a selection of wedding and event related items where you can upload your own design - they can be found here

For the best, high quality print please ensure that your uploaded file:

• Is in a JPEG/.jpeg format
• Has a minimum resolution of 300dpi
• If using coloured files, please ensure these are in a CMYK colour profile
• Matches the dimensions on the format you're ordering (please see the dimensions of the relevant product)
• Has a 3mm bleed on each and every edge - for example, for a portrait invitation, sized 127mm x 177.8mm, the artwork size would need to be 133mm x 183.8mm. If you upload a file without bleed, the edges of your design may be cut off in the trimming process.
• Does not include crop marks
• Displays on screen the same way around/rotation that you wish it to be printed - if you want double sided, make sure both sides are readable on screen and not uploaded/displayed upside down.

We would highly advise that if you use your own design, you order a sample. You can see how to do this here.

Please email [e-mail] if you require additional items or a double sided template. We cannot print designs with borders on the double sided templates, as we cannot guarantee perfect alignment.
