If you have just submitted an order and you have realised you've made a spelling or formatting mistake, there is a small chance the item has not gone to print immediately.
Please note, unfortunately we are unable to amend any orders placed, but we can certainly cancel the order for you (as long as the order is still in production) and add the money paid as credit to your Papier account so you can place the order again without having to pay twice.
If you placed the order using guest checkout, we will be able to refund you instead.
- Cancelling and amending your order may result in a delay.
- Please provide your order reference when getting in touch.
- Our print runs are regular and automated so we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to stop an order from going into production.
If you have made a mistake on your delivery address, if you get in touch before it ships, we will be able to change this. See more here.
We encourage customers to double check all the details of their order very carefully before placing it, as we cannot take responsibility for customer mistakes made when printing and producing your personalised items.
You will be prompted to check unedited text as well as asked to confirm you are happy with your submitted design at least twice. You can also opt to see the unedited areas you may have.
