If you have made a mistake on your delivery address, please contact us on live chat or via email at support@papier.com with the order number and corrected address in full so that we can try to rectify this for you before the order leaves our printers.
Some items and products sold on our website enter the postal system as quickly as twenty minutes after printing, so we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to change an address retrospectively, as it may already have been dispatched. Please be sure to triple check your order details before checkout to avoid any disappointment.
