Why is my voucher code not working?

If you're trying to apply a promo or voucher code you've been sent, and are seeing the error message below when you press the apply button, please ensure the following:

1. Your code is all in capital letters
Codes entered in lower case, or with an non-capitalised letters will not work.

2. There are no spaces before, after, or within the code
If you have a space before or after your voucher code, this will stop the code from working.

3. Your code is a legitimate code
Vouchers found on external websites may be fake, promoted by third parties to get you to click on their page and generate advertising revenue for them. We do not provide codes to any third party websites like these, so these are highly likely to be fakes.

4. You are only applying one voucher code
The majority of our promotional codes are exclusive, so cannot be applied in conjunction with one another. This should be displayed in the error message.

5. The offer is specific to a particular item
If this is the case, then a promotional code can only be redeemed against an order containing that product.
