How do I add wedding credit to my account or redeem a gift card?

You can add the Wedding Credit you've purchased, or a Gift Card, to your own account by redeeming this here.

To redeem your credit/gift card, you must log in, click the your name at the top right of the home page, and select 'Your Credit & Gift cards'. Enter your code at the top of the page and submit. You will also be able to track your current credit balance and any recently expired or used credits on this page.

Once you have added the credit or gift card, you will need to refresh the page, and the amount of credit in your account will then appear when you click on your name at the top right of the website (if on desktop/laptop) or by clicking the icon on the top left of your screen (if on mobile/tablet).

                                           

Please note that if your credit or gift card has been sent from the UK site in GBP, you will only be able to redeem this on the UK site in GBP.

All credit will expire within 12 months of receiving, with the exception of our Refer a Friend scheme - Refer a Friend credit will expire within 90 days. You must use any active credit within the 12 months or you will lose it. Once credit expires, it cannot be activated again.
