If you've got credit in your account and you are logged in on a desktop/laptop you will be able to see the balance at the top of the website, when you click your name.
If you are logged in on a mobile/tablet, you'll be able to view your credit by clicking the top left icon.
Once you have added an item to your basket, you can proceeded to checkout. After you have chosen your shipping information, you can choose to use your credit or not by ticking the 'Use credit?' box in the payment section, where your available credit should also be displayed.
This will apply the total of your credit to your order. If the credit amount covers your order, the remaining credit will still be available in your account after your order.
If the credit amount does not cover your order (as below), you can pay the remainder by card/Paypal.
Please note, all credit will expire within 12 months of receiving, with the exception of our Refer a Friend scheme - Refer a Friend credit will expire within 90 days. You must use any active credit by the listed expiration date or you will lose it. Once credit expires, it cannot be activated again.
