About Wedding Credit

How much credit will I need?
We offer a rough guideline of what each package can provide but this is flexible and is only a guide! 

Can I use a discount code when I buy my Wedding Credit?
As the Wedding Credit is available at a discounted price, you will not be able to apply a discount code when purchasing the wedding credit.

Can I buy this as a gift for someone?
Yes, you can!
Once you have received the email which contains the code, you can forward this to the recipient. They can then redeem this code on their account and they’re ready to go!

I haven’t received my code?
Not to worry, the codes are normally sent in a separate email to the confirmation email. If you haven’t received these emails, please email [e-mail] and we will be happy to look into this for you.

I’ve purchased the Wedding Credit from the wrong country, what should I do?
If you’ve accidentally purchased the Wedding Credit in the wrong currency, please email [e-mail] and our team can help assist.

I’ve not used the full Wedding Credit amount on my account, can you refund me?
Sadly once the credit has been added to your account, there is no way for us to deduct credit and refund you. Not to worry though, there is no expiry date on the credit, so this can be used after the big day on our products such as Wedding Thank You Cards, Photo Books and Framed Prints!

Can I pay for part of my order with credit and the rest by card/Paypal?
Unfortunately, we do not offer partial credit payments. When you apply your credit at checkout it will automatically apply the maximum amount. If you would like to pay for one item with credit and another by card/Paypal, you can do this in separate transactions.
