If you chose Economy Tracked, your order will typically be sent with a UPS MI tracked service, in which UPS will hand over to USPS for the final mile delivery. Economy orders typically arrive 7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link and number in your shipping confirmation email which you can use to keep tabs on your package in transit. You can follow this on the UPS website.

Please note, Economy shipping is not available on all products.

If you chose Standard Tracked, your order will be sent with a UPS or USPS tracked service and will typically arrive 3 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link and number in your shipping confirmation email which you can use to keep tabs on your package in transit. You can follow this on the USPS website or UPS website.

If you choose Priority Tracked, your order will be sent with a FedEx tracked service and typically will arrive 2 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link and number in your shipping confirmation email which you can use to keep tabs on your package in transit. You can use the FedEx website to track this after dispatch.
If you chose Express/Overnight Tracked, your order will be sent with a UPS/FedEx tracked service that typically arrives within 1 business day. You will receive a tracking link and number in your shipping confirmation email which you can use to keep tabs on your package in transit. You can follow this on USPS website or FedEx website to track this after dispatch.

Unpersonalized Items

Economy Tracked orders will typically be sent with an untracked or tracked service and arrive 5-6 business days after dispatch.

Standard Tracked orders will typically arrive within 3-4 business days after dispatch.

Priority Tracked orders will typically arrive within 2 business days after dispatch, with a 3:00pm cutoff.

Express/Overnight Tracked orders will typically arrive within 1 business day after dispatch, with a 3:00pm cutoff.

We use a variety of courier options, so this may vary based on your location/parcel weight.

Please note that the tracking will only go live once the package has physically started moving through the postal network - this can take 12-24 hours after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
