Can I have each guest's name printed on the Place Cards?

Place Cards
We offer two types of place cards - flat and folded. Our folded place cards can be found here and our flat place cards can be found here.

These can either be customized with the name of your individual guest or left blank to hand write in the names.

If ordering our folded place cards, your place cards will arrive flat, with a pre-scored fold line in the center, ready for you to fold and place on your tables!

For place cards that you wish to hand write or that you would like all of the same text printed on to, you can select 'No Guest Names'.

If these are for a wedding, you may wish to have the names of the happy couple, the wedding date, or the wedding hashtag. If the place cards are for a different event, you might want to add a short greeting to your guests, the event name, and if it's a corporate event, your company name.

If you would like each of your Place Cards to be individually printed, you can select 'Printed Guest Names' and upload a spreadsheet with your guest names or alternatively you can type these directly within the editor.

Spreadsheets must only contain one column (so first and last names must be in the same cell) and should be in a CSV format. You can download our template and add your names to this to ensure its in the correct format.

Depending on the design style, the back of the place cards in some cases have default text which will be printed on to every place card. If you do not check the reverse of the card and change/remove the default text, you will receive a warning message.

         

We're not able to send out customized samples of the place names, as the minimum order quantity for these is 10.

 If you don't see a place card in a design to match the invitations you've chosen, please provide us with the design name that you're interested in, and we'll look into whether this is possible.
