If your order isn’t going through, it might be due to an error when entering your card information.
Firstly ensure that the Terms and Conditions tick box has been checked!
Make sure that you have entered the card number, the card holder’s name, expiry date and CSV code correctly (3 digits on reverse of card, or 4 digits on front of an American Express card). We accept payment through PayPal, VISA, Mastercard debit and credit cards, Amex and Maestro.
If you get a 'Payment Failure' message, this is most likely been blocked by your payment provider. We cannot force payments through at checkout if they have been stopped by your bank, which is for your own security.
If you are still having problems, please contact email@example.com in case your bank can give us any more information about why the payment is being rejected. Please note, if your payment via PayPal is failing, we're not able to see the cause of this.
