My order has arrived but there's something missing from it!

We partner with a number of printers and warehouses in Australia, the United Kingdom and the US, so it’s quite possible that your order may dispatch in separate parcels from our different facilities. You should receive separate dispatch emails from us highlighting which items are shipping in which parcels so you can easily keep an eye on each in transit. Your other items are most likely still on the way to you!

Please note that we print a number of products in our 'Shop Papier UK' section in the UK, at a separate printer from our photo books and some of our books. If, for example, you have ordered notecards and a photo book, these would arrive in separate parcels, and so may reach you several days apart.
