How do I redeem a gift card?

You can add the Wedding Credit you've purchased, or a Gift Card, to your own account by redeeming this here.

To redeem your credit/gift card, you must log in, click the your name at the top right of the home page, and select 'Points & gift cards'. Enter your code at the top of the page and submit. You will also be able to track your current credit balance and any recently expired or used credits on this page.

Once you have added the credit or gift card, you will need to refresh the page, and the amount of credit in your account will then appear when you click on your name at the top right of the website (if on desktop/laptop) or by clicking the icon on the top left of your screen (if on mobile/tablet).                                 

Please note that if your credit or gift card has been sent from the CA site in CAD you will only be able to redeem this on the CA site in CAD.

All credit will expire within 12 months of receiving. Once credit expires, it cannot be activated again.
