Why can’t I return everything in my order?

If you purchased a personalised product from us, we don’t typically accept returns due to the personalised nature of these products, as each is made to order.

However, if you're not 100% happy with your personalised product, please get in touch within 30 days of your order date and we'll sort it. 

If you purchased an unpersonalised product from us (such as pens, stickers and highlighters), we provide 30 days to return your unpersonalised paper pieces and desk accessories. Please provide your order number and email address so we can help you to sort!
