Creating custom table plan layouts

Looking for something in particular? Need a few more tables than we currently offer? No problem! With our wedding editor, you have the ability to remove or add additional text boxes to your desired layout!

💡️Top tip: Before you get started, we recommend opting for one of our closest existing table plans so you only need to do a few minor tweaks rather than starting completely from scratch! 

Remove text boxes

To remove an existing text box, simply click on the text box you wish to delete and press backspace on your keyboard. Alternatively, you can click on the text box, and then click delete on the highlighted text box to the right hand side. 

For this example, I'd like to have four tables! 

Rearrange text boxes

If you'd just like to move one text box at a time, you can do so by clicking and dragging the box to the desired position. However, I personally like to move all the text boxes at the same time to make sure the alignment is correct both horizontally and vertically! 

To do so, hold down 'shift' and click the desired text boxes you wish to move. This will then highlight the text boxes and you can then drag them into position.

We wouldn't recommend having more than 16 tables as it may begin to look a little overcrowded. For more than 16 tables, we recommend opting for two table plans.
