How do I get a VAT Receipt?

Your order confirmation email contains all the necessary information to constitute a simplified VAT receipt in line with HMRC guidelines.

If you have an account with us, you can download your invoice directly from the orders page in your Papier account.

If you need a full VAT invoice and don't have an account, then please provide your order number and email address so we can best assist. Please note, our VAT number is 215 9955 77.
